Anne honed her writing skills doing a Creative Writing MA at Sheffield Hallam University, specialising in Writing for Children and the Novel.

    In May 2013, she left her full time job, and now runs a freelance writing business Wild Rosemary Writing Services

 

She runs family learning workshops, provides editing services, has taught in primary schools, developed writing workshops and runs a reminiscence course for dementia patients at a hospital in Derbyshire.

    

Anne's first novel Outside Inside, was a long time in gestation and was finally published in 2011. It is available as a paperback and on Kindle, 

    It tells the stroy of Miriam who decides to run away from home, seeking adventure. She meets Paul in the Flying Horse Café. They travel in Paul's old van and soon she is having the time of her life. But a dark secret from Paul’s past threatens to destroy everything.
